Deborah is a certified QuickBooks trainer who currently holds training classes for the Small Business Development Center at Bryant College, RISD’s Small Business Incubator Program and the Center for Women and Enterprise, where she is currently a consultant. She teaches classes at various times of the year, teaching QuickBooks at an introductory, intermediate and Advanced level. She has also taught classes in "Keeping the Books" a guide to understanding financial reports, and Microsoft Excel, finding the spreadsheet utility to be an essential tool in all areas of business.
While working in the accounting field for over 20 years, as an Accounting Manager of a Marketing/Media Placement Agency, Public Accountant, and Payroll Specialist, Deborah realized that there was a growing need for qualified, skilled bookkeepers. Her extensive background and vast experience have enabled her to found a corporation in which associates are trained in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and exceptional customer service.
